We first meet you, to listen to what you have tried before and understand the business as if it were our own. We call this process 'Customer Intimacy' and the foundation of our Consulting Services. Our task at this stage is to identify what can be outsourced and what levels of expertise are required. A proposal will then be made which includes a Plan and team that are best equipped to help.

Once we have understood at your objectives, we make a Proposal of work and this will form the budget. The proposal will relate to activity that shows a return on investment on our services. We can modify our proposal to do less or more, to suit your budget. We deploy a dedicated Supplyant team to work with you on your business which each carries a different cost. We can provide low-cost and basic digital skill sets through to the highest level of digital expertise from around the globe to succeed on your most demanding and complex tasks. As we succeed together, we recommend your budgets are reviewed inline with your growth.

We offer 3 core guarantees. The first is a 'Cooling Off' Guarantee so if you change your mind after signing, but before we start any work, you can walk away without charge. The second is if you don’t see the agreed ‘Launchpack’ changes made in the first 30 days we will refund the first months fee* The third is if you don’t get the agreed Return On Investment in the agreed period we will refund 50% of our fee* The asterisk caveat relates to you. If you don't do your bit too, we can't deliver on ours so please bear that in mind.
