Why is it critical these days to have a customised ecommerce strategy?

Users’ attention span is getting shorter and shorter. They expect product quality compared with big sites, competition is tough.

At some point you need to scale and adjust your business processes and workflow and that is much harder (if even possible) with ready solutions. When that happens you basically have to scrap what you’ve done and build your own system from scratch. All of that means much longer times before you can see real revenue and a big overall cost.

A custom strategy is definitely more work but the payoff is in a better product and today users are sophisticated and demand a good experience or you lose them—fast.
