Content Marketing is the art of communicating with prospects and customers in an interesting and exciting manner without having to sell to them.

Content is the digital material available to users via text, video, audio, images etc and is delivered to visitors, leads, customers as well as the promoters of a brand through blogs, e-mails, social media, website pages etc.

The content should be educational, inspiring, valuable and highly relevant to the needs, challenges and interests of the audience, and is designed to generate interest in a company’s products or services.

Content Marketing is important because it attracts the right people to the site, convert them into leads, then into customers, and finally into the promoters of the brand. So it helps in boosting awareness about the brand, increases sales by directing traffic to the site and build trust amongst the audience.
